At Atkinsons 1799, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fragrance purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened cellophane packaging and secure them within the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
